Emiru alleged during a recent livestream that fellow Twitch creator and fellow partner Mizkif once accelerated a vehicle to roughly 150 mph and told her “we’re both going to die.”
According to Emiru, the dangerous driving occurred during an argument sparked by Mizkif learning that another streamer had filmed a collaboration with YouTuber MrBeast, instead of him. She did not specify the streamer who secured the MrBeast opportunity.
The speed Emiru described—150 mph or about 241 km/h—is illegal on all U.S. roadways. Even Texas, where many Austin-based streamers live and which has some of the nation’s highest posted limits at 85 mph on certain toll roads, would classify such speed as reckless driving. Depending on circumstances, drivers can face arrest and serious criminal charges.
Emiru is a cosplayer and variety streamer with a substantial following who was previously part of the Austin streaming scene. Mizkif, whose real name is Matthew Rinaudo, co-founded the streaming organization OTK and remains one of Twitch’s most prominent creators.
Mizkif has not publicly addressed Emiru’s bombshell livestream yet. The allegation remains unverified by independent sources, with no police reports, witnesses, or other corroboration mentioned in the clip that circulated online.
