Kick has banned streamer Cuffem following a chaotic Monkey video chat encounter that featured gun brandishing, death threats, racial slurs, and what viewers identified as codeine on stream.
This all happened while Cuffem was livestreaming using Monkey, a random video chat app similar to Omegle. He matched with Paul “GypsyCrusader” Miller, a far-right internet personality known for racist shock content on video chat platforms.
The interaction turned hostile within seconds. Both parties exchanged racial slurs and provocations. Cuffem then escalated by pulling out a handgun and waving it on camera. Viewers noted his finger was on the trigger during the display.
He also issued explicit death threats during the exchange. At one point during the stream, Cuffem showed a bottle consistent with lean—a mixture of codeine and promethazine that is a controlled substance in the United States.
Kick has not issued a public statement about the ban. The platform’s community guidelines prohibit credible violent threats, promotion of illegal drugs, hate speech, and unsafe display of firearms.
It remains unclear whether the ban is permanent or temporary. But it seems like in the mean time he’s… making a move to Twitch? We’ll see how long that lasts.
Paul Miller was released from federal prison in late 2024 after serving time for firearm-related charges. The FBI arrested him in March 2021, and he was sentenced to 41 months. Miller gained notoriety for racist role-play videos on Omegle and similar platforms before his arrest.
Cuffem streams IRL and reaction content and has appeared in collaborative streams with creators like Adin Ross. He migrated to Kick from Twitch along with other creators seeking a platform with different content policies.
