A clip from Kick streamer Ac7ionMan’s livestream shows him and another man appearing heavily sedated and repeatedly nodding off in what looks like severe drug intoxication. The footage depicts both individuals struggling to stay upright and maintain motor control in a presentation viewers immediately recognized as consistent with opioid use.
Ac7ionMan has publicly discussed being clean from heroin and opioids for approximately 15 years. That history makes the clip particularly alarming to longtime viewers who remember when sobriety was a significant part of his public identity.
Ac7ionMan claimed on stream he took a 7-hydroxymitragynine pill, a kratom-derived product sold at smoke shops and gas stations. Screenshots circulated allegedly showing the product packaging he referenced.
But many viewers aren’t buying it. They argue the level of sedation shown in the clip looks far more consistent with fentanyl, heroin, or another full-agonist opioid than with 7-OH. Some speculate he may have called it 7-OH because the product is technically legal in some jurisdictions, potentially to avoid platform consequences.
The man seated beside Ac7ionMan appears similarly impaired. Viewers describe him as someone the streamer met randomly, though the exact circumstances remain unclear from available footage.
7-hydroxymitragynine products have inconsistent regulation and varying potency depending on the vendor. While marketed as kratom-derived, these smoke shop formulations can pose risks through high-dose concentrations or potential adulterants. The visible effects in the clip have led many to question whether what was consumed matched what was claimed.
The timing raises serious safety concerns. If Ac7ionMan genuinely maintained 15 years of abstinence from opioids, his tolerance would be dramatically lower than during active use. That puts him at heightened overdose risk even from doses that might have been manageable years ago.
