A clip from a Kick livestream shows streamer BabyHaze69 grabbing and touching a distressed woman without consent as she tries to leave what appears to be a hotel room in the Philippines.
The footage shows the woman visibly crying and preparing to leave while the streamer touches her inappropriately multiple times, including grabbing her butt. He also speaks to her in what viewers described as a threatening manner as she attempts to exit.
This started over a dispute about transportation money. The woman asked for 800 Philippine pesos (about $13–14) for a taxi home. The streamer countered with 200 pesos (roughly $3–4) on the condition she stayed on stream for another hour and a half.
The woman reportedly wanted to leave to get back to her daughter. She eventually accepted the 200 pesos, but the streamer continued to touch her and followed her as she left.
Kick launched in 2022 as a Twitch competitor with more relaxed content policies and creator-friendly revenue splits. The platform is backed by leadership connected to crypto-gambling brand Stake. Those looser moderation standards have repeatedly drawn criticism over safety concerns.
IRL streaming has become increasingly popular on Kick, with creators broadcasting from hotels, nightlife districts, and travel destinations. These streams regularly feature interactions with strangers and can escalate into situations involving intoxication, non-consensual filming, and boundary violations.
Karma comes around
A separate video circulating online allegedly shows BabyHaze69 being knocked out in an unrelated incident. Viewers have shared it as additional context about the streamer, though it has no direct connection to the groping footage.
The knockout happened after this clip intitally went viral, because you can hear the assailant ask, “why didn’t you let her leave bro?” Before landing a solid connection.
