Indie game developer and streamer Thor, known online as Piratesoftware, is facing renewed scrutiny after an accuser released evidence contradicting his previous denials about engaging in erotic roleplay. The streamer, known for developing the indie game Heartbound and running a ferret sanctuary, had previously denied all allegations from a person known online as Lyric.
Thor had publicly claimed he rejected Lyric’s advances and that nothing sexual occurred between them. He even suggested that Lyric had edited chat logs to fabricate sexual content. But the new evidence tells a different story.
On June 12, Lyric released a collection of receipts that directly challenges Thor’s version of events. The evidence includes extensive call logs showing hours-long voice conversations, screenshots of Discord chats containing explicit furry erotic roleplay (ERP), and more showing mutual participation in sexual conversations.

The released logs specifically show what Lyric describes as “gay furry ERP”—fantasy roleplay of a sexual nature involving anthropomorphic animal characters—that appears to have been consensual between both parties.
It’s worth noting that both Thor and Lyric were adults during these interactions. Lyric was at least 20 years old while Thor was in his early 30s. No illegal activities have been alleged or revealed in the evidence. The controversy is all about Thor apparently not being truthful about the nature of their relationship.
Thor has built a following through his behind-the-scenes technical content, motivational streams, and updates on Heartbound‘s development. This isn’t his first controversy, as he’s previously faced allegations regarding manipulation and dishonesty in business dealings.
The community response has been mixed, with many expressing disappointment over the apparent deception rather than the content of the private conversations. Some have questioned the ethics of releasing private sexual communications, while others argue that calling out dishonesty from a public figure makes the release fair game.
