Streamer Rated has been permanently banned from GTA Prodigy roleplay servers after calling out another player who forced his character through a sexual assault-themed RP scene.
This happened when Rated’s police character was kidnapped by a group led by a player known as Ricky Rizz. During the kidnapping, Rated and his police partner were subjected to explicit sexual roleplay described as “fingerbanging” while other characters watched and cheered with remarks like “How you like that finger, virgin? Finger them harder!”
After the scene, Rated referred to Ricky Rizz as “Ricky ERPstein”—combining “ERP” (erotic roleplay) with a not-so-subtle reference to Jeffrey Epstein.
Prodigy admins permanently banned Rated across all server instances for the nickname. Ricky Rizz received a seven-day suspension from the main server but remained free to play on the public server during that period.
The ban set off debate over GTA Prodigy‘s alleged “play it out now, complain later” culture. This unwritten rule reportedly pressures players to stay in character during uncomfortable scenes rather than stopping the RP immediately, even when sexual assault themes emerge unexpectedly.
ERP is heavily restricted or outright banned on most serious roleplay servers. The content creates consent issues between players, poses harassment risks, and can violate streaming platform policies. Many RP communities require explicit consent checks before any sexual content, with safewords or out-of-character signals to stop scenes immediately.
Another player was also reportedly banned for using “Ricky Erpstein” as the title of an in-game report about the incident.
The moderation disparity has become the focal point of community criticism. Rated, who was subjected to the non-consensual sexual RP, received the harshest penalty. Ricky Rizz, who orchestrated the explicit scene, got a temporary suspension that still allowed him server access elsewhere.
