Riot Games has officially announced the English-language broadcast team for the 2025 League of Legends World Championship. The roster features 16 on-air personalities spanning play-by-play casters, analysts, hosts, and interviewers.
The announcement carries special weight for two talent members in particular. Chronicler will be making his final appearance in League of Legends esports after years with the LCK English broadcast. Meanwhile, Aux secures his first-ever Worlds assignment after previous appearances at MSI 2022, MSI 2023, and the First Stand season opener.
The full English broadcast roster includes Atlustv, AuxCasts, AzaelOfficial, CaptainFlowers, ChroniclerCasts, DagdaCasts, DanielDrakos, leagueofemily, HystericsCasts, ZeetwoZ2, esports_kobe, LaureBuliiV, MedicCasts, razlol, sjokz, and Vedius.
Worlds stands as Riot’s annual global championship for League of Legends, pulling teams from every major competitive region. The English broadcast serves as the primary international feed, while regional partners handle local language streams for audiences in China, Korea, Latin America, and Brazil.
The lineup brings together veteran voices from across League’s major leagues. CaptainFlowers and Kobe represent long-running LCS coverage, while Atlus and Chronicler are synonymous with LCK English broadcasts. Sjokz and Laure anchor the EMEA hosting side, with Jeesun bringing LCK interview experience. Hysterics adds LPL play-by-play expertise, while analysts like Emily Rand, Raz, and Dagda offer cross-regional knowledge.
Chronicler has publicly stated he’s stepping away from LoL Esports to spend more time with family in the Netherlands. This makes Worlds 2025 his send-off event, and fans are already hoping to see him paired with longtime casting partner Atlus for one last broadcast together.
Notable absences include Jatt, who recently became a father and has said he wants to focus on family time. Guldborg, Valdes, Wolf, and Nymaera are also not on the roster for this event.
What fans are watching for
Riot has yet to reveal specific broadcast pairings, stage assignments, or travel logistics. The community is tracking whether CaptainFlowers will attend in person—he’s mentioned working around a soy allergy for international travel—and which talent will handle different tournament stages from Play-Ins through the finals.
Broadcast schedules, detailed pairings, and venue information typically follow closer to the event start date. Co-streaming support is expected to return, giving viewers multiple ways to watch the action play out.
