During a recent livestream, comedian Stavros Halkias took playful shots at Hasan Piker for his apparent obsession with maintaining a youthful image. The 33-year-old Hasan, who commands a massive following of predominantly Gen Z viewers, got hit with Stavros’s signature roasting style.
“You refuse to accept your age,” Stavros teased, pointing out how Hasan often presents himself as younger than he actually is to stay cool with his audience. The friendly mockery targeted everything from Hasan’s fashion choices, to his graying beard, and receding hairline.
“You keep acting like you’re from Gen Z,” Stavros continued, much to the delight of viewers. For many streamers, staying relevant means keeping up with youth trends, slang, and interests—something Stavros joked Hasan might be trying a bit too hard to do.
While Hasan got roasted for his attempts to look younger, viewers didn’t let Stavros off the hook either, with comments comparing him to a mix of Ron Jeremy and Danny DeVito—even though he’s about the same age as Hasan.
