TL;DR
  • Nathan Barnatt claims Creator Clash organizers Ian and Anisa Jomha undermined his participation and tried to control who he could talk to.
  • The accusations follow other controversies including the exclusion of fighter Froggy Fresh after he trained with controversial figure Sam Hyde.
  • Multiple Creator Clash participants have voiced similar complaints about controlling behavior and lack of support from the organizers.

Nathan Barnatt, known to fans as the character “Dad,” has publicly called out Creator Clash founders Ian “iDubbbz” Jomha and his wife Anisa for what he describes as backstabbing behavior during his involvement with the charity boxing event. In a recently surfaced video clip, Barnatt detailed how the organizing couple allegedly undermined his participation and controlled his public appearances.

“They tried to tell me who I should and shouldn’t talk to,” Barnatt claims in the viral footage. He describes being warned that certain collaborations or podcast appearances “could have a negative effect” on his standing with the event.

Barnatt, who became a standout fighter at Creator Clash with impressive first-round victories, expressed feeling ostracized by the organizers. His accusations suggest the Jomhas prioritized their own interests over the opportunities and well-being of the event’s fighters.

This isn’t the first controversy surrounding Creator Clash’s management. Barnatt specifically mentioned past friction involving another participant, Froggy Fresh, who was reportedly excluded after training with controversial figure Sam Hyde. The decision apparently came at the insistence of Ian and Anisa, leading to plenty of criticism from fans.

Creator Clash launched in 2022 as a charity boxing event featuring YouTube personalities. Ian “iDubbbz” Jomha, once known for his edgy “Content Cop” series, has shifted his public persona toward organizing these events, while his wife Anisa transitioned from Twitch streaming to co-organizing the boxing showcases.

Multiple participants, such as Harley Morenstein from Epic Meal Time, have voiced similar complaints about the event’s management, citing controlling behavior from the organizers and insufficient support for fighters outside their close circle. Financial concerns have also surfaced regarding transparency and fighter compensation.
