Kaplan is reportedly heading to Europe. According to Sheep Esports sources, he’s set to join Gentle Mates for the 2027 VCT EMEA season.
Nothing is official yet. Neither Gentle Mates nor Kaplan has announced the move.
Kaplan has a big title on his record. He coached Sentinels to the 2024 Masters Madrid trophy, the team’s first international win in the franchised VCT era.
That roster included TenZ and zekken. Sentinels beat Gen.G three–two in the grand final.
Before Sentinels, Kaplan coached Ghost Gaming. A jump to EMEA would take him out of North America and into a new region.
