Natus Vincere has brought in Turkish player Berkcan “ComeBack” Şentürk as a short-term replacement for their VCT EMEA roster while Abdullah “ExiT” Al-Twaijri continues waiting on visa and work permit approval.
ComeBack would replace Herman “Kolosha” Skrypka, who had been filling in from NAVI’s academy system. The move signals NAVI wants more firepower and experience during what they’re treating as a temporary situation until ExiT can actually join the team.
Visa and work permit delays are common headaches in VCT, especially early in seasons when players need authorization to compete in different countries. Processing times vary wildly depending on embassies and local regulations. NAVI is clearly banking on ExiT’s paperwork clearing soon but isn’t willing to wait with a weaker roster in the meantime.
ComeBack has bounced between teams recently including BBL, Gentle Mates, and Team Heretics. His agent pool leans heavily on Chamber, though he’s shown looks on Neon as well. How NAVI adjusts their compositions around his comfort picks remains to be seen.
The move also raises questions about role fit. Kolosha brought aggressive entry-style plays even if his stats weren’t flashy. ComeBack is more of a traditional duelist with Chamber preference, which could push NAVI to shuffle roles internally while he’s on the roster.
