Destiny is once again talking about his never-ending Twitch ban, and this time he’s pointing fingers at the people pulling the strings behind the scenes.
The political streamer claimed that a standard Twitch moderation review actually concluded his case qualified for reinstatement. According to Destiny, the unban was then stopped by someone higher up at the company simply because the account belonged to him.

Destiny was permanently banned from Twitch back in March 2022 under the platform’s “hateful conduct” category, with some references pointing to the more severe “Extreme Hateful Conduct” label. Twitch has never publicly explained the exact comment or moment that triggered the ban, and Destiny has said for years that he never got a clear answer either.
Allegedly leaked internal documentation referenced him calling people who were harassing him on Twitter “subhuman.” The same alleged document reportedly instructed staff to contact a specific person before processing any unban for his account. None of this has been confirmed by Twitch.
Destiny streams on Kick these days, so the ban doesn’t kill his career. But it does cut him off from a huge slice of the live streaming ecosystem.
He builds a lot of his content around debates, panels, and back-and-forth conversations with other creators. Many of those creators stream primarily on Twitch, and platform rules around banned users appearing on live broadcasts make collaborations risky for the host.
The result is that Destiny is effectively locked out of half the political streaming scene on Twitch, including any potential interaction with creators like Hasan Piker and Asmongold, two names that constantly come up when viewers question Twitch’s enforcement consistency.
