Emiru has shown off a new cosplay, and it isn’t a cute one. The streamer appeared as a nurse from the Silent Hill horror series in a clip built around a surprise reveal.
The setup was simple. Viewers were asked to close their eyes. When they opened them, the nurse was there.
The costume hides Emiru’s face behind a mask or head covering. Some viewers also pointed out bandages as part of the look.
The outfit was only half the show. Emiru moved like the character, with stiff, twitchy, jerky motions. This matches how the nurses move in the games, where they stagger and jerk toward the player. Fans singled out the movement as the best part of the clip.
Nurses are recurring enemies in the series, but they don’t look the same in every entry. Some fans say Emiru’s version is the nurse from Silent Hill 2. That game launched in 2001 and featured the famous Bubble Head Nurse.
The 2006 Silent Hill movie gave the nurses its own look. Bloober Team’s Silent Hill 2 remake brought them back in 2024.
