FanFan is the latest streamer to learn that filming yourself in public makes simple sentences 10 times harder.
In a recent clip, she tried to explain to event staff that she was there for a scheduled meet-and-greet. What came out instead was something closer to “I’m getting met and gret… greeted.”
After the stumble, she gave the classic “what is wrong with me” expression that anyone who has ever ordered food badly will immediately recognize.
Creator meet-and-greets at conventions are a logistical maze. Streamers need to check in, find the right entrance, flash a badge, and explain themselves to staff who often have no idea who any individual creator is. To a worker at the door, FanFan was a person with a phone and a selfie stick, not a name on a guest list.
The interaction didn’t appear to derail anything. She didn’t get turned away, and there’s no sign the meet-and-greet itself was affected.
