A clip from IShowSpeed’s latest IRL stream is going around, showing Darren getting smoked in a short sprint while a wall of security tries to keep up.
The footage catches IShowSpeed moving through what looks like a parking lot, possibly outside a KFC, with a thick crowd around him. Out of nowhere, he breaks into a sprint against another guy walking nearby. The race is short, messy, and very much not official.

IShowSpeed loses. Or at least, he finishes behind. His reaction afterward is a mix of shock and disbelief, which is exactly why the clip blew up.
There are a few asterisks. Speed was filming himself with a handheld camera, carrying a backpack, and reportedly running barefoot. The camera shakes hard mid-run, and it looks like he eases off to avoid eating pavement or wiping out a fan. His security detail is also swarming around him in formation the entire time, which does not exactly help with sprinting form.
The Jynxzi plot twist that wasn’t
Here’s where it gets funny. The clip went viral under the claim that Speed lost to fellow streamer Jynxzi. He didn’t.
The runner is almost certainly just some guy who happened to be near him during the stream. The Jynxzi label appears to be a straight-up bait, and plenty of viewers fell for it before clocking that the Rainbow Six Siege star was nowhere near the scene.
