A clip of German Counter-Strike streamer OhnePixel has gone viral after he accidentally beaned a nearby attendee with a thrown vape during a livestreamed gaming event.
In the footage, OhnePixel grabs a vape and chucks it upward, apparently trying to return it to someone on a higher level who had tossed it down to him moments earlier. The throw goes sideways. Instead of reaching its target, the vape clocks a French attendee straight in the head.

Lucky for the victim, his headset took most of the hit, acting like a makeshift helmet and likely sparing him a nasty bruise or worse. He reacts with a laugh, and there’s no sign of serious injury.
The throw itself looked impulsive rather than malicious. OhnePixel was clearly aiming up, not at the people sitting on his level, but his aim betrayed him. Viewers were quick to compare it to one of his failed nade lineups in CS2.
OhnePixel, known mostly for his chaotic skin-trading streams, case openings, and co-streams of major Counter-Strike events, has built his brand on high-energy unpredictability. This moment fits right into that persona, even if it landed a bit too literally this time.
