Hasan Piker has taken aim at a corner of gaming social media gushing over Capcom’s PRAGMATA, calling the posters “unfuckable losers” for tying the sci-fi game to talk about starting families.
“So what’s really interesting about this is all of these losers in the gaming sphere always talk about starting families, and stuff,” Hasan said. “And I don’t understand why this has become a thing that they care about.”

Hasan’s rant wasn’t aimed at PRAGMATA itself. He was reacting to a wave of posts framing the game as some kind of pro-family statement, with users claiming its adult-and-child dynamic made them want kids or reflected traditional values.
Why PRAGMATA set this off
PRAGMATA is Capcom’s sci-fi action game, first announced back in 2020 and delayed several times since, came out on April 17, 2026. Its marketing has leaned heavily on the relationship between an astronaut protagonist and a young android girl named Diana as they navigate a broken lunar research station.
That setup is exactly the kind of thing that gets gaming audiences talking about father-daughter bonds, found family, and protective instincts. It’s the same emotional lane as The Last of Us, God of War, and A Plague Tale.
Some posters online ran with it, turning trailer reactions into broader takes about parenthood and family life. That’s the group Hasan was swinging at, not casual fans who thought Diana was a cool character.
