Ian “iDubbbz” Jomha has announced his complete withdrawal from Creator Clash, the YouTube boxing charity event he co-founded with his wife Anisa. This decision comes after a wave of criticism stemming from a recent “Content Cop” video targeting Ethan Klein of H3H3 Productions, which triggered a lot of negative reactions across the creator community.
The Content Cop situation proved devastating for Creator Clash 3’s lineup, with headliner Harley Morenstein of Epic Meal Time fame publicly dropping out. Morenstein cited concerns about threats, reputational damage, and accusations of antisemitism surrounding iDubbbz and his associations with controversial online personalities.
After Morenstein quit, Lena, an H3H3 employee, also withdrew from the event, citing conflicts of interest and discomfort with the event’s direction amid the growing tension between her boss Ethan Klein and iDubbbz.
I’m not boxing

These high-profile withdrawals hit Creator Clash 3 particularly hard, as Morenstein was positioned as the main event draw. The timing couldn’t be worse, with ticket sales already reportedly struggling and public opinion on the downturn.
Creator Clash began in 2022 as a new idea combining influencer boxing with charity fundraising. While the first event was widely regarded as successful, Creator Clash 2 reportedly ran at a $250,000 loss in 2023, which meant no charitable donations that year.
Critics have questioned the event’s financial transparency and priorities, pointing to lavish influencer parties and entertainment expenses that seemingly came at the expense of maximizing charitable contributions.
The controversy expanded beyond just the Content Cop video, with accusations that iDubbbz had associated himself with individuals making antisemitic remarks, leading to more negative press for the event.
Management responsibilities for Creator Clash will now transfer to a professional event organizing team, with both iDubbbz and Anisa removing themselves as the public faces and decision-makers for the organization.

This leadership change is meant to save Creator Clash 3, though questions remain about whether the event can bounce back from the loss of its headline fighters and the negative publicity surrounding its founder.
