Mizkif, the Twitch star and OTK co-founder, has emerged victorious in a court case initiated by Adrianah Lee in 2023. The judge tossed out claims of defamation and other allegations against Mizkif, citing a lack of evidence. Surprisingly, Mizkif and some OTK members were even awarded attorney fees, suggesting the case against them was invalid.
The legal drama all started with accusations of sexual misconduct involving CrazySlick, a streamer associated with Mizkif. Adrianah accused Mizkif and other streamers of covering up the incident and consequently launched a defamation lawsuit.
But it wasn’t just Mizkif in the hot seat. The case kicked off a full-on streamer civil war, with big names like Ludwig, Trainwrecks, and xQc all getting pulled into the fray. Ludwig caught flak for his coverage of the situation, which some viewed as biased due to his personal connections.
Meanwhile, Trainwrecks and xQc were accused of using the controversy as ammo in their own vendetta against Mizkif. It even got so bad that Emiru decided to move out of Mizkif’s house after the period of drama.
Some users expressed shock at the audacity of the lawsuit, while others felt vindicated in their support for Mizkif. One commenter noted, “It’s still insane to me she had the balls to try suing for defamation. To this day, there’s still people that think Miz covered up rape or even raped somebody himself.” Mizkif is now free to focus on his career and restore his reputation in the community again.
