MVK Esports have eliminated FURIA from the Worlds 2026 play-in stage.
The Vietnamese team beat the Brazilian side in a Round two elimination match. MVK stay alive in the tournament. FURIA’s run is over.
This wasn’t the first time these two teams met at the event. MVK had already beaten FURIA earlier in the play-ins. The rematch was FURIA’s chance to prove that first result was a fluke.
It didn’t work out. MVK played fast and aggressive again, and FURIA had no answer.
