Streamer hmblzayy, who has been live-streaming a walk from Philadelphia to California, was struck by a car in Indiana and taken to the hospital after a roadside collision happened on stream.
Footage from the broadcast appears to show a chain-reaction crash. A blue car, reportedly a Mazda, had slowed or come to a stop behind hmblzayy as he walked along a multi-lane road. A second vehicle then rear-ended that car, pushing it forward into him.

The clip is jarring on first watch. Tires squeal, the car closest to him lurches forward suddenly, and the acceleration looks sharp enough that some viewers initially questioned whether the driver hit him on purpose. The clearer read is that the blue car was shoved into him by the impact from behind, likely absorbing a chunk of the force in the process.
hmblzayy was wearing a high-visibility vest and pushing a cart loaded with gear at the time. Lane markings visible in the footage suggest he was walking close to the right travel lane, on a stretch of road with little to no usable shoulder for someone hauling supplies.
He reportedly got back on his feet shortly after the hit and was still mobile when police arrived. He was transported to a hospital for evaluation. His condition was not immediately clear, and no official injury report has been released.
