BlackAssDave was broadcasting from inside a McDonald’s alongside a woman described as a pregnant friend. In the footage, an unidentified man standing nearby appears to reach over and touch the woman’s breast.
The contact wasn’t hidden. It happens in full view of the camera, and the woman doesn’t immediately react. She appears to try to carry on as normal.
Viewers in chat spotted it and started alerting the streamer, who had missed the moment. Once he understood what had happened, he turned around and confronted the man directly.
Instead of throwing hands, BlackAssDave went after the bag of food the man was holding, knocking it down and sending the order across the floor. He didn’t appear to hit the man at any point.
After the confrontation, the streamer turned to the staff, apologized for the mess, and helped clean the food off the floor.
Kick banned the channel afterward. Kick hasn’t commented, and no policy reason, ban length, or appeal status has been made public. It also isn’t confirmed that the McDonald’s clip is what triggered any action.
