Streamer Nitro_Camden got the moment most tiny channels dream about this week. It lasted about as long as it took his bedroom door to open.

Camden was live with a handful of viewers when StableRonaldo, FaZe Rug, and Marlon found his channel during a stream built around discovering low-viewer broadcasters and gifting them subscriptions. The jump as immediate, with counts cited at roughly 10,000-15,000 at points during the night. Some viewers called it a raid, but by most accounts, it was a discovery segment rather than a formal platform raid.

Camden reacted loudly. According to clips circulated from the broadcast, that noise brought a woman identified on the stream as his mother into the room, and the argument that followed played out while he was still live.

In the circulating footage, she appears to say she is taking money from accounts connected to him and tells him he has to be out of the house by morning. She also reportedly refers to around $14,000 in child support she expected from Camden’s father, describing it as her money. She called him a failure, telling him he contributes nothing to the household, mocking his attempt at content creation, and saying she was calling the police.

A portion of viewers questioned whether the whole thing was staged, pointing to the missing police interaction, the camera in his room, and a “Nitro” crypto token that appeared around the same time. Anyone can mint a token using someone’s name, and nothing in the available footage proves staging either way.
